Synopsis/project planning is mostly a novel idea or extension of an ongoing research. It is required if one intends to apply for a financial assistance or if the one apply for a Ph.D.
Altogether, it is the theme of research without it the research is lame.

This section is basically for researchers who are extremely busy with their current involvements and for students who are new in research.
