NET Cracker
UGC-CSIR-NET is one of the mandatory exams for students who wish to go for Ph.D. in India. The basic objective is to determine eligibility for college & university level lectureship and for award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) for Indian nationals in order to ensure minimum standards for the entrants in the teaching profession and research. The cut-off marks in UGC-CSIR-NET for Life Sciences goes higher than any other branches of science. Students, who have degree in Zoology, Botany and Bioinformatics, struggle more than students who have degree in life sciences.
